Thesis Full-Width Framework

Illustration of the Thesis Full-width Framework CSS
The Thesis Full-width Framework is made up of 5 major divisions;body, #header_area, #content_area, #footer_area and .page. .page. body contains EVERYTHING that is displayed on your page and spans your entire browser window.  #header_area is inside of <body and contains all of your header related structures.  #content_area is also inside of body directly below #header_area and contains all of your content related structures.  #footer_area is also inside of body directly below #content_area and contains all of your footer related structures.  There is a .page element inside each of the above 3 elements that plays a role similar to #page in the Page framewok.

This differs from the Page framework in that the Page framework has only 1 division within body called #container and only 1 #page that contains all of the rest of the site elements.

In the Full-width framework #header_area.page contains .menu and #header. #content_area contains #content_box and #footer_area contains #footer. Each of these divisions have their own css elements.

you have a typo in the yellow ‘Primary CSS Page Structure’ box

#header-area should be #header_area
